Jess has led multi-city hospitality portfolios, partnered with tourism boards, and built high-performing campaigns that drive guest engagement, brand clarity, and measurable growth.
Levi Ruhl
Levi is a technology and real estate strategist with experience spanning property development, digital innovation, food & beverage, and the early growth of Canada’s short-term rental economy. An early Airbnb investor and operator, Levi blends data-driven thinking with entrepreneurial instinct to help brands scale smartly, optimize systems, and unlock new revenue opportunities across hospitality and lifestyle sectors.

Shandy is an operations and hospitality veteran with extensive experience across major North American food, beverage, and hospitality brands. With a proven track record in banquet operations, takeout and delivery strategy, and multi-unit leadership, Shandy excels at developing high-performing teams, uncovering operational inefficiencies, and guiding businesses toward smarter, more scalable systems.

Jana is a hospitality and operations strategist with deep roots in British Columbia’s adventure travel culture. With experience across guest services, remote operations, and team leadership, she brings a unique blend of service intuition, problem-solving, and calm, grounded expertise. A former teacher and accomplished Trailblazher magazine writer, Jana excels at communication, creative storytelling, and building systems that simplify work and strengthen brand experience. She now applies her expanding e-commerce and process-design skillset to help hospitality and lifestyle businesses operate more efficiently, connect more meaningfully, and scale with intention.
